The question: How to pack everything above (laptop + tent + sleeping bag + sleeping pad + stove + utensils + tripod + camera + 3 lenses + accessories + bike tools + winter clothes + summer clothes + toiletries) into two medium sized camera bags, a stuff sack and a small handlebar bag for my bike.

Its important that i figure out the answer for my question now itself before its too late. If they dont fit then i'll have to shed some non-essential items like my stove and utensils. I think i could manage with cold food for 3 or so days, and since its not winter now i'll not have to melt ice or snow. But still it will be nice to carry it with me incase i suddenly decide on trekking somewhere in the mountains.
Â
The winter clothes are the heaviest/bulkiest part of my small wardrobe. I dont foresee myself using them often but cant leave them behind as the mountain weather is bound to be unpredictable. Especially during the nights i'll have to camp out in the open.

My two bags are from the National Geographic Earth Explorer series. One is a shoulder bag and the other a backpack, both medium size. These are primarily camera bags turned into bicycle panniers by using the Arkel Cam-Lock Hook Kit. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the setup will not let me down during my touring trip.

Â
The backpack is my primary bag and i'll be using it to carry my clothes and camera gear. The laptop and the cooking gear will go into the shoulder bag (luckily both bags have the right sized laptop sleeves to carry my 13" MacBook). The bike tools and toiletries fit nicely into the handlebar bag and i was able to fit my sleeping pad, tent and sleeping bag into the dry sack. Its going to be a tight fit especially considering the fact that i'll be carrying 2 days worth of food items with be.

My backup plan (incase i need extra packing space) is to remove the sleeping pad from the dry sack and roll it around the top tube of my bicycle (it works). Then i'll have tons of space in the dry sack for other uses. And in the worst case, Plan-C is to courier some items back home to my parents.

I guess i have everything covered nicely.. what do you guys think. incase you find any holes in my plan, please let me know.
